1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account and accessing Shape Reward (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Verification

To participate and earn rewards on Shape Reward, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental consent).
• You must register a valid email address and verify your phone number via OTP when prompted.
• All details provided during registration and withdrawal setups must be accurate and belong to you.

3. Account Rules & Code of Conduct

We maintain strict security policies to keep our play-to-earn system fair for all members and brand sponsors. You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per person or household.
• Automation: Using bots, automated scripts, emulation software, or click-assistance software.
• Spoofing: Accessing the site using virtual private networks (VPN), proxy servers, or virtual servers.
• Exploits: Attempting to manipulate code, bypass verification pages, or exploit vulnerabilities.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards without prior notice.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

Rewards are credited to your virtual wallet after the verified completion of quizzes, surveys, and offers. The minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed through UPI or bank transfer and may take up to 24-48 business hours to verify. We reserve the right to review account activity and withhold payouts if cheating is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including quiz questions, source code, designs, graphics, and branding assets on Shape Reward are the exclusive intellectual property of Shape Reward and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, republish, or distribute any material without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shape Reward is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including data loss, loss of potential earnings, or network issues arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in harmful platform conduct.
